After starting the cervical decompression sessions I have noticed a great deal of pain relief in my neck. I feel as if I have better flexibility in my neck with little or no pain. I would also recommend the purchase
of the cervical pillow to sleep on which has made a huge difference in my sleep pattern. I would highly recommend cervical decompression to anyone suffering from neck pain.
